Weekly Goals
What are you goals for this week? Remember that you can’t always determine the outcome – but you can determine the input. So “making 30 sales this week” maybe unrealistic (depending on your industry), but “making 100 phone calls” is FULLY within your power to achieve.
There is a book which I highly recommend called “go for no”… and the theory works like this: if you set a goal to get 20 “No’s” a day, then irrespective of how many sales (Yes’s) you get, you still make calls until you reach 20 nos. This way you’re likely to exceed previous sales goals (targets/quotas) you previously had.
